Who we are?

Joshua Lowry began in 1998 to build his digital oscilloscope-spectrograph-spectrum analyzer for use on IBM machines. He wrote assembly language code for audio, video, keyboard and serial port I/O. Mr. Lowry worked in marketing, beta testing and support, and wrote the first website for the company Oscillogoat.
